A Compositing Preview

Hello Ladies and Gents. It's been a while, the film is my lord and master and I am the partially willing, ever exhausted servant.

I decided to throw a compositing preview on the blog for your enjoyment. I don't think it's loud, but it's recommended to turn it down a tad before you blow our your ear drums by accident.

Hello all,

I've been working real hard lately - working from 9 am to 10 pm almost every day. For those who don't know, I'm one of those idiots that change their film during the Christmas break. I didn't change it entirely, it's not about bunnies and sunshine now.

Rather, it's a rethinking of the presentation of "Red Wolfe". It's called "Revolt" now, and it's done well with peer and faculty criticism, so I'm pleased.

I've just composited Scenes 1 and 2, and I'm blocking in scenes 5-18 by the beginning of next week or so.

Also, this is quite possibly the funniest radio ad I've ever heard. I don't have the actual soundclip but this is the basic transcript:

Man: Hey honey! You know that Tim Horton's quickpay card you got me? It just never runs out!
Woman: Oh, well that's because I --
Man: Just when you think it's done, BAM! It's magically refilled!
Woman: It's easy, I just set it on the website to auto-reload from our mastercard!
Man: ...Oh. So...my Tim card doesn't have magical powers.
Woman: ...Aw. Did you tell your buddies that it did?
Man: ...I did.

I want to animate that, it's genius.
